Mr. Sirappar Sivasubramaniam Navaratnam, who was born in Karainagar, Jaffna and resided in Negombo, passed away on 14-04-2026.

Final rites will be held on 19-04-2026 at No. 101/1B, Pallansena road kochchikade, Negombo and cremation at the kochchikade public cemetery
